Sara Heit, RN, CNS will be joining the Water’s Edge CHC team on July 8, 2014 as part of the psychiatric medication provider team. Sara is a Certified ANCC Clinical Nurse Specialist in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing with over 10 years of experience in the field, including several years of experience at the Minnesota VA Center. Sara works with individuals 18 years of age and older. Sara has extensive service working with individuals with Depression, Anxiety, Trauma and Bipolar Disorder. Sara obtained her Master’s Degree in Psychiatric Mental Health from the University of Minnesota School of Nursing and her Bachelor’s of Science from the University of Iowa Nursing Program. She is excited about the opportunity to expand her experience with individuals with eating disorders.
