“To keep our faces toward change and behave like free spirits in the presence of fate is strength undefeatable.” -Helen Keller

How many times have you wanted to just quit–work, recovery, relationships, hobbies, or everything? Maybe you’re burnt out, profoundly anxious, or crumbling under all the pressure you’ve put on your shoulders. Maybe you felt like things weren’t working for a while, but you told yourself that you should hold out a little longer in case it all changes. Or maybe you’ve been piling on promises and now there’s too much going on to even know where to begin. And maybe you’ve heard more than once in your life that you “really need to chill.”

If that sounds like you, I’m glad you’re here. I am happy to work with individuals on the eating disorder spectrum who are further along in their recovery, as well as burnt out caring professionals (therapists, social workers, nurses, etc.) who are navigating a lot of big feelings. I also welcome the outcasts, the geeks, the punks, and the philosophers who are struggling with identity, perfectionism, self-compassion, or even compassion fatigue. We’ll go at your pace to uncover all the gnarly stuff you’ve been dealing with in a casual telehealth environment. I use a combination of cognitive and somatic techniques as well as good ol’ fashioned Rogerian talk therapy.

My practice is accepting and affirming of all identities (and cuss words).
