Outpatient Therapist

Welcome! I am a therapist at Water’s Edge Counseling and Healing Center working with clients both one-on-one as well as in AM DAT IOP group. Over the last three years my experiences have ranged from working with teens and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, and trauma in both outpatient as well as intensive outpatient settings. I tend to employ a variety of therapeutic approaches including Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Christian-integration. I strive to be a light of encouragement to whoever I get the opportunity to serve.
