Jena Williams, RDN, LD
Dietitian
I practice exclusively with a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach, drawing on principles of intuitive eating and Health at Every Size (HAES). For those unfamiliar with HAES, it is a framework promoting health and well-being without fixating on weight. It emphasizes accepting your body and providing respectful care to all individuals.
My primary goal is to create a non-judgmental space where your voice can be heard and valued. I strive to empower clients to reconnect with their bodies, listen to their internal hunger cues, and find peace with food. By fostering an environment of trust and empathy, I aim to help individuals cultivate a nourishing relationship with food and their bodies.
In my practice, I view health through a holistic lens, considering not only nutritional needs but also mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. I believe in addressing the unique needs of each individual and tailoring care to support their personal goals and healing journey.
Whether you are navigating recovery from an eating disorder or seeking support in developing a healthier relationship with food and your body, I am here to assist you every step of the way. Together, we can work towards a fully nourished life.
