My name is Taylor Gainsforth and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I aim to provide a sense of safety and security to allow for processing exploring of difficult and challenging factors that are impacting quality of life! I utilize various modalities and therapy approaches to meet others where they are at and allow for individualized care. I specialize in mood disorders like Anxiety and Depression, trauma and PTSD, anger management, Reactive Attachment Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Attachment Disorders, and body image struggles. I work with both adults and adolescents.
